Wacky Wednesday was a bit special this week. We were invited
to Bristol Grammar School to listen to the ‘adventurer’ Alastair Humphreys
speak about the many adventures he had been on (running the Marathon Des
Sables, cycling around the world to name just two!) and for him to also engage
us in taking up our very own ‘micro-adventures’ in our own backyards! He was
very inspirational and we had the opportunity to ask him some questions at the
end, as well as have a picture taken with him! What a great evening and we had
or own Wacky Wednesday micro-adventure!
